“After my business and home were severely hacked, in spite of strong defenses (or so we thought) I began interviewing some of the nations best cyber security firms. I interviewed Nerds Support last and they surprised me in a good way. They had technicians that were more skilled than the really good IT firm I had been currently using. In fact, they were able to help me with remediation, a secure cloud, enterprise anti-virus monitored by a blue team 24/7/365 and perhaps most impressively, were able to install a complex Fortinet system in record time. I will just tell you this, as one stranger to another, you really can’t go wrong if you’re lucky enough to start working with this company. If you’ve never used IT for your business, then it may seem somewhat expensive when you first discuss the things that they can do for you and what they charge. However, for someone like me has been using IT for 25 years, I can tell you that there are some of the most reasonably priced in Miami, and for that price you get much better service, and more knowledgeable technicians than pretty much any firm in Miami. I was able to speak and work with the owner personally, though the representatives that I was working with were extremely competent and we’re very much capable of handling everything themselves. Scott saved me from a terrible situation and I feel ingratiated to them.
